Telesales Agent – Leeds - £18,000 Per annum + Bonus OTE £32,000

Our client is a well established organisation based in Leeds they have a large portfolio of satisfied clients in both the Public and Private sectors nationwide.

Candidates will be working from a dedicated contact centre in Leeds.

Working as a Telesales Agent the candidate will be joining one of the many dedicated teams in operation within our contact centre in Leeds. The candidates main focus will be to engage with the new prospects and convert them into new clients.

Key responsibilities for the role:

•              B2B sales making high volumes call to new customers across the UK

•              Engaging with customers in a professional manner

•              Closing sales over the phone

Working as a Telesales Agent role in Leeds they will need to be confident, an effective communicator with excellent verbal and written command of the English Language, enjoy talking with customers, able to demonstrate empathy and take pride in their work.  Candidates will ideally have previous experience working within a sales environment and be able to demonstrate their track record of high performance.

HOURS: Full time 9:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday
