Our client a Communication and Marketing agency based in Manchester are currently looking for an experienced PR Account Manager with a background in FMCG to join their team.
You will be responsible for creating, managing and executing PR strategies to deliver coverage for their clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Building relationships with journalists
Selling in news stories to journalists
Taking a leading role in brainstorming possible PR campaigns
Creating press releases and sending these to journalists
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Experience dealing with national press and consumer magazine
Experience in building relationships with journalist
Experience with major food brands
Experience with product launch events
Excellent written and spoken English
