PA to Directors – Leeds – £22k - £24K Per annum + Benefits
Our client a national IT company are currently looking for an experienced PA to join the team. You must have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a PA to Executive level.
Your Key Day to Day Responsibilities will typically include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence swiftly
- Answering and making phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising and managing complex travel itineraries.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Attending meetings (as appropriate) on Directors behalf.
- Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Delegating work in the Director’s absence
- Taking, dictation, action points and writing minutes
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research.
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Preparing presentations
- Managing projects
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Board of Directors, which will vary according to the sector and to the Directors remit
