Our client is one of the largest O2 resellers in the UK, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit confident, experienced customer service advisors that will be dealing with inbound calls to join a successful and growing business centre as part of the account management team.
Role
- Acting as the front line service for the business with a warm and polite approach to dealing with customer enquiries through inbound calls
- You will be dealing with all manner of consumer and business customers, covering product enquiries and service complaints
- You will be required to answer calls and wrap up in a timely manner, ensuring you are available to take other calls quickly
- You will need to recognise sales opportunities and hand them to the telesales account managers to action
- You will need to ensure all information taken over the phone is recorded against the customers’ profile using our in-house data management system
- You should be able to identify what enquiries will need to take priority over others and deal with them accordingly
- You will be building rapport with customers and will set the foundations for other areas of the business
- You will be required at times to keep customers calm, mitigating potential complaints and setting customers’ expectations.
- A large part of this role will be booking appointments for our network of stores, directing traffic into these stores and taking down quality notes to handover to store teams.

You will deal with overflow calls from our stores and assist with all customer enquiries
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in a customer service role with at least 1 years’ experience
- Used to dealing with customer on a variety of different levels including unsatisfied customers and complaints
- Able to problem solve queries in a timely manner
- Polite telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and productive
- Customer focused
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to prioritise work loads
- Ability to work both alone and part of a team
- Ability to self-motivate yourself and others around you whilst upholding a “can do” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and ability to be literate and numerate

Experience of working with Salesforce an advantage, but not essential (full training provided)
