Our client is one of the largest O2 resellers in the UK, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit confident, experienced individuals that will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls to join a successful and growing business centre as part of the account management team.
Role
- You will form an integral part of the call centre whose job is to successfully account manage our existing base of consumer and business customers
- You will look for opportunities to develop new business leads whilst nurturing the existing base
- You will represent the brand through first class service and sales delivery, as well as learning and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the brand USP’s and products
- You will work closely with a team of competitive and supportive colleagues who are all working towards a common goal

You will be expected to work towards defined targets, with the view of exceeding these and in return will be rewarded through our uncapped commission scheme.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in a similar environment with at least 1 years’ experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage or alternative CRM system (not essential full training provided)
- Self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team
- Great communicator with excellent telephone manor
- Calm and collective when working under pressure
- Sharp active listening skills
- Great relationship building skills
- Multi-tasking – balancing multiple KPI’s
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products
- Maximising sales opportunity
- Close attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Ability to work towards and above a set target
- Understanding of FCC compliance (advantage but not essential)

Easily Accessible on Main train line from Leeds Train Station, On Cycle Route, Main Bus Line from Bradford and Leeds.
40 hours per week – Perm
Varied shift patterns in-between the following hours:
Mon-Friday – 8.30am – 7pm
Saturday – 9am – 6pm
