PA to Directors – Leeds – £22k - £24K Per annum + Benefits
Our client a national IT company are currently looking for an experienced PA to join the team. You must have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a PA to Executive level.
Your Key Day to Day Responsibilities will typically include:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence swiftly
• Answering and making phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organising and managing complex travel itineraries.
• Organising events and conferences.
• Attending meetings (as appropriate) on Directors behalf.
• Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Delegating work in the Director’s absence
• Taking, dictation, action points and writing minutes
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Conducting research.
• Preparing papers for meetings
• Preparing presentations
• Managing projects
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the Board of Directors, which will vary according to the sector and to the Directors remit
