Customer Service Advisors - £25,000 - £30,000 – Putney, South West London
**Immediate start**
Our client is an established market leader in the loans sector, with 50+ branches located throughout England and Wales. Our client’s product range has been expanded recently to include logbook loans, hire purchase, homeowner and personal loans and they receive in excess of 40,000 enquiries per month.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and experts that are truly some of the best in their field. You will receive all the training you need to fast track yourself to success.
The Customer Service Advisor is the applicant’s first point of contact, handling enquiries via a range of mediums including outbound/inbound telephone calls, email and SMS, to ascertain the most suitable loan option.
No Cold calling is required for this position
Attributes and experience:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience working in a contact centre environment answering inbound and outbound calls.
• B2C experience with ability to quickly build rapport with different customer personalities
• Empathetic with strong objection handling skills
• Confident decision maker, who works well under pressure
• Strong negotiation skills to control calls
• Reliable employee; punctual, with excellent timekeeping
• Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise tasks according to current business objectives
• Energy and enthusiasm when working in a pressurised, target-driven environment
• Location: Putney SW15. Excellent public transport links
