CCTV Control Room Operator – Havant - £17k - £18k unlimited overtime and benefits

4 days on, 4 days off 8am – 8pm

Our client is looking for a pro-active alarm receiving CCTV Control Room Operator to join their existing team working on their day shift. The ideal candidate must have SIA Door Supervisor licence or SIA Security Licence or SIA CCTV Licence to apply for this position.

Role Profile

Operator Duties to include:

Alarm handling and CCTV Operating on our bespoke software, PC data entry on bespoke software systems. Editing and manipulation of customer records. Writing & editing Word documents and emails as requested. Dealing with customer requests. Any other tasks as and when required

The candidate must have: SIA Door Supervisor licence or SIA Security Licence or SIA CCTV Licence

The ideal candidate will have:

Good standard of education. Be well presented, well spoken, confident with good communication and interpersonal skills. Good customer management skills. Be organised, with a flair for admin duties Computer literate and able to manage the range of Microsoft office products. Good Numeracy & Literacy skills Able to multi-task and stay focused under pressure. The ability to evaluate a situation under pressure using good judgement skills Able to adapt to change of processes and procedures. Be able to quickly learn to changes on bespoke software

Hours of work: 8am – 8pm - 4 days on - 4 days off
