Our client is an extremely successful and well established firm based in Nottingham; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Credit and Billing Controller
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Collecting the firm’s debts by telephone, email and letter within defined guidelines using the in house software.
- Organise meetings with senior team to review outstanding debts as necessary, both in person and over the telephone
- Ensuring all notes are up to date and followed up in a timely manner
- Completing monthly billing
All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
- Previous credit control experience is essential
- Previous billing experience is essential
- You will be confident using your initiative within set guidelines
- Have excellent negotiation and listening skills
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The successful candidate will be numerate and have experience of using Excel to a basic level
