Customer Care Executive - Manchester Airport - £15k - £18k per annum plus company benefits
Our client is an extremely well established and successful telecommunications company based in Cheadle; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Customer Care & Order Provisioning Assistant
Main responsibilities of the role will including the following:
• Taking inbound calls from customers
• Making outbound customer & welcome calls
• Liaising with networks and billing providers
• Resolving any customer issues or queries in a professional manner
• General administration duties
• Updating the client database
Applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
• Excellent telephone manner is essential
• Experience in customer service
• Good IT skills
• Problem solving ability
• Organisation skills are essential
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must have a light hearted approach
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:15am – 5:15pm
