Our client is an extremely well established and successful company within the automotive sector, due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their Weston-super-Mare branch
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Undertake fault diagnosis
- Servicing and repairs on a variety of car makes and models
- MOT testing
- Prepare and maintain all associated documentation in accordance with company procedures
- A full UK drivers licence is essential for this position
The successful candidate must possess the following skills / experience:
- Relevant qualifications
- Good standard of English and Maths: GCSE Level C and above, or Numeracy and Literacy Level 3 on the NQF or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience as a technician
- Able to carry out key car checks, fault diagnosis and servicing
- MOT Testing experience desirable
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, and alternate Saturday 8am-1pm.
