Property Sales and Lettings Consultant – Manchester - £16k - £18k + commission

Our client is a well established independent Estate Agency based in Manchester. They require an enthusiastic Property Sales and Lettings Consultant to join their Manchester branch.

Duties include:

• Dealing with potential clients for sales & rental properties
• Booking Appointments and arranging valuations
• Conducting sales and lettings viewings.
• Negotiating terms, liaising with vendors, landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis.
• Advertising properties For Sale/To Let.
• Referencing tenants.
• Co-ordinating moving dates with the Property Manager, Landlords & tenants.

 
The ideal candidate will be:

• Enthusiastic & motivated with a can do attitude.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Have a passion for the property industry
• Friendly, and having a desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience is sales or lettings would be a great advantage, but training and support provided to the right person.
• A drivers license is essential
