- Recruitment Consultant (full or part-time) – Pudsey, Leeds – £20k - £25k + uncapped commission + benefits
An established and successful recruitment company within the Pudsey area of Leeds is currently recruiting for an experienced Full/ Part Time Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team; main responsibilities of the role will include the following:
• Generating new business through outbound calling
• Managing all new clients and developing long term lasting relationships
• Matching candidates to client requirements
• Actively sourcing candidates through searching on various job boards
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
Applications must possess the following skills / experienced
• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Previous outbound sales experience is essential
• An excellent telephone manner
• Be career minded
