- Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Pudsey, Leeds – £14k - £16k per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE - £20k+)
An established and successful recruitment company within the Pudsey area of Leeds is currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team; main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a database of mainly commercial clients covering the whole of the UK
- Matching candidates to client vacancies
- Maximising existing business
- Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
- New business sales
Applications must possess the following skills / experienced
- Previous sales experience is essential
- An excellent telephone manner
