Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing and leading design specialists, working alongside blue chip contractors on some of the most prestigious and vibrant projects; they are now recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations within their Leeds office; main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Taking responsibility for all the in house manufacturing within the company
- Being responsible for the companies Technical Design Department (currently 7 members of staff)
- Responsible for a Procurement Team of currently 2 staff
- Implementing new systems and procedures within the company in order to maximise revenue and productivity
The successful applicants will have the following experience & skills- Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Previous operations management experience
- Experience of implementing new systems
