- Description
This is a high intensity role working alongside our clients Retail Team. Your main role will be to support the National Accounts Executive, taking retail orders, collating sales data and taking charge of all administrative tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the current Independent accounts. The role involves work using Excel, building customer relationships and liaising with our Field Sales Team. As and when, you will also be supporting the wider National Accounts Team on an ad-hoc basis.
Duties
- Set up of new products, utilising customer specific data files.
- Collating all orders from specific customers.
- Ensuring the orders are processed and dispatched in sufficient time to meet customer delivery slots
- Accurately input, update, delete, add and amend existing customer data.
- Recognise when to escalate customer calls to Manager.
- Supporting the wider Retail Account Team as required
Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a retail, sales or administration environment. To be successful in the role the candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- At least 1 years proven track record within a sales or retail support / admin environment
- Must have experience with all Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent client / customer liaison skills
