Retail Merchandiser - Cambridge and surrounding areas - £17k + company vehicle + excellent benefits

We are seeking a merchandiser with experience to cover our client’s retail stores. Ideally the successful applicant will live in the Cambridge or surrounding area (Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Haverhill, Sudbury, Bishop Stortford, Ware, Hoddesdon, Soham area); or be within reasonable travelling distance of this location. The successful applicant will have previous retail experience in a similar role.

This is a key role whereby you will work within a team visiting our client’s high street retail stores ensuring that our promotions are merchandised to a high standard. Based from home you will be physically fit and enjoy driving extensively. You will be customer focused, reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic with good communication skills.

• To make our clients in-store promotions as profitable as possible.
• Building relationships within stores.
• Product Changeovers.
• Reverse logistics (Major store group uplifts)
• New business store set-ups including installation of new promotional equipment

Duties:

To be accountable for a set area of 60 - 70 stores. Providing first-class customer service and support to each and every customer. Ensuring that our clients products are merchandised to a high standard at the point of sale to ensure maximum sales exposure to maximise the impact of TV advertising
