Our client is an extremely well established logistics organisation based in Bristol; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator
Main responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls when necessary
- Booking jobs onto the clients in-house system
- Dealing with business and residential clients on a day to day basis
- Providing customers with new quotes
- Various other administration duties
All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
- You must be confident on the telephone and able to deal with both the general public and business customers
- Export / Import knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Have the ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
