- Customer Service Agent (Travel Industry) – Leeds - £18,000 - £19,000 per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE - £25k - £30k+)
Our client is an extremely well established and successful travel company; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for experienced Customer Service candidates to join their existing team based in Leeds:
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Taking inbound calls from existing and new customers
- Dealing with any queries regarding existing bookings
- Delivering first class customer service from initial call through to day of departure
- Providing quotes on new bookings
- Keeping customers up to date throughout the whole process
Hours of Work: The successful applicant will be working 37.5 hours, 5 days per week – Monday to Sunday between 9:00am – 7pm
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
- Excellent telephone manner
- A passion for the travel industry
- Previous experience of travelling abroad and experiencing other cultures
- Be career minded
- Have excellent customer service / sales skills
