German or French Speaking Sales Coordinator – Dudley - £20k - £22k

 

Our client is an award winning manufacturing company based in Dudley, their products are  distributed world-wide through a fully supported distributor network. 

 

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a German or French Speaking Sales Coordinator to join the team in Dudley. Working alongside the Sales and technical team you will provide first class customer service to their customers worldwide. 

 

The role:

 

Preparation of sales quotations and proposal letters.

Raising Technical Production Sales Files.

Updating customer database 

Log International and UK Inbound Sales Leads and enquiries. 

Respond to customer technical queries, liaising with and supporting Business Development Managers and technical team.

Customer mailing and promotions and follow-up of enquiries by Telephone/E-Mail.

Arrangement of transport and logistics for UK and International shipments, ensuring all relevant documentation for international shipments are collated.

Supporting individual International Accounts, end users and authorised distributors.

 

About you:

 

Fluent in either German and/ or French and English

Must be able to demonstrate experience of working within an export sales role.

Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

IT Literate and a proficient user of Microsoft packages.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

 

Hours:

 

Full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week 8.30am-5pm.
