- Regional Sales Manager (Lighting) – London and surrounding areas - £35k - £40k per annum plus commission
Our client is a well established and trusted supplier of Lighting products throughout the UK; due to their continued success they are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the London and surrounding areas
As a member of the business development team, you will be required to:-
- Increase sales in line with the Group Sales Plan
- Increase the client base and the current spend of already operating accounts.
- Contribute to the continued success of the company
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
Existing Customers
- Drive forward business by building on the current relationships with customers and aiming to increase their average spend per month.
- Increase contact with the current customer base both by regular telephone contact and face to face appointments.
- Identify new areas of growth with current customers such as additional product areas etc.
New Customers
- Undertake face to face to new customers
- Establish a line of communication and build relationships to encourage potential quotes / orders.
- Identify new business sectors currently under represented
All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
- Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 2 years
- A minimum of 3 year experience working in a sales role.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a field sales role.
- Excellent communication, both with customers and suppliers, within face to face meetings, and over email and telephone
