Hotel Front of House / Reservations Supervisor (Hotel) – Shrewsbury - £17k - £18k + benefits
Role:
- Preparing rotas
- Staff HR – holidays, sick days, return to work, submitting overtime, staff reviews (setting targets and objectives).
- Recruiting and arranging new starter training plans.
- Distribute areas of responsibility – Shift one rota, corporate champions, and new version/functionality champions.
- Fully trained in all software products and the ability to train others on all products.
- Involved in new version releases and arranging training (internally).
- Assigning tasks and calls.
- Thoroughly monitoring the call queue and distributing tasks. Ensuring calls are being logged correctly and on the right SLA status. In the right categories and completed in a timely fashion.
Skills:
- Experience working in the Hotel sector, preferably in a Front of House / Reservations position
- The ability to Manage a diverse team.
- Good general IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a set timescale. The ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- The ability and self-confidence to independently manage own time
